Do you have any questions about our rental process, company, or the brands we carry? We've gathered some of our most frequently asked questions here to help you out. If you can't find what you're looking for, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Where do you host your events 

We hold our children's events at a private hire venue located in North Chingford.

Payment Methods

We accept all major credit cards, as well as PayPal and bank transfers. Payment is due at the time of booking, and we require a deposit to secure your reservation.

Damaged Products

We take great care to ensure that all of our equipment is in excellent condition before it leaves our warehouse. However, accidents can happen. In the event that a product is damaged during your rental period, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can work with you to find a solution.

Gift Cards

Unfortunately, at this time, we do not offer gift cards. However, we are constantly evaluating our services and welcome feedback from our customers. If you have any suggestions or requests, please let us know!

How do we book an event?

Just head to our booking page and folow the steps

What age group do you cater for?

We tend to cater for under eights, but thats not to say you cant be older 

Do you deliver and set up the equipment?

Yes, a delivery fee is added to the booking depending on the area and we set up and put down at the time of your request

Do you take a deposit?

Yes, to confirm your booking a deposit of half your hire would need to be paid. Your total fee will need to be paid in full two weeks prior to your event. All deposits are returned withing 48hrs after you event if all the equipment is good condition. and terms and conditions are met
